Warranty and repair

If you suspect a product is defect or you are returning it to our repair, always contact first our customer service with email to e. This way we make sure sending for repair is necessary and you get correct instructions for warranty repair service. Do not return us anything without our permission first.

Return

Consumer customers have right to return a product in 14 days after receiving. Product must be unused and in perfect condition. We do not accept returns from company customers. Please send email to e with title "Product Return" and wait for further instructions.
